Pre Order your Wagyu Cross Steers for 2026. Currently selling a F1 $ 3/lb and a F2 at $ 3.25/lb on live weight pre ordered this year for next.

For example a ex 1400 steer (size will vary) but roughly $4,200 - $4,550.

Normally dresses at 50-60% hanging weight and most processors are $ 1/lb so $ 750 - $ 900 ish for a whole beef and ours is normally 350lbs - 400# of packaged meat depends on the size of the steer too and how you want it cut.

Total cost is Average $ 5,000 - $ 5,550 that is a guesstimate  so 1/2 $ 2,500 - $ 2,775 and 1/4 $ 1,250  - $ 1,425 ish. Plus processing have it cut on a 1/2 or whole exactly as you wish! Quarters can be split with a friend or family member and have it cut as you wish.

On a Whole that’s:

18-20 T-Bone Steaks (3/4″)

18-20 Rib Steaks (3/4″) or (4) 6-8lb Prime Rib Roasts

10-12 Sirloin Tip Steaks (3/4″)

10-12 Sirloin Steaks (3/4″)

12-14 Round Steaks (3/4″)

10-12 Chuck Steaks (3/4″)

6 Arm Steaks (3/4″)

4 Chuck Roasts (3-4lbs each)

2 Arm Roasts (3-4lbs each)

14-18 Short Ribs

2 Brisket (6-8lbs each)

6 Rump Roasts (3-4lbs each)

75-85 Lbs. Ground Beef – (1lb packages) we want more ground beef so we grind the lesser cuts and roasts.

In addition, there are soup bones, liver, heart, tongue, kidneys, and suet which is beef fat to render to make beef TALLOW is amazing for cooking oil to skin care and lotion if the customer chooses. Our processor is USDA inspected and does all vacuum cutting now !

Or 1/2 or 1/4 of that if a whole is too much ! We personally eat a whole beef a year and 1/2 a pig as a family of 4. We are sold out for beef for 2025 contact Dean Ackerman and Flying A Wagyu for this year!

So why buy Wagyu 🤔 F1 or F2 as a Whole or Half ???? Processing is Separate so you can have it cut like you want it !

No Hormones, Steroids, or Implants

1/4's are sometimes but not always available & if they are available will be cut as a 1/2 beef or will follow our recomended cut sheet.

Ours have been on grass, alfalfa and corn since they could eat it along with nursing on their mommas. When they are weaned they are Finished on Grass, Alfalfa & corn for Great Marbling & Taste.

On a 1/2 & Whole Beef you can have Prime Rib Roast for the Holidays, & Brisket on the 4th or Fathers Day! The Whole Family will look forward to it !

Wagyu beef! The uniqueness and tenderness of highly marbled Wagyu beef makes for an unrivaled eating experience, it is found in the finest gourmet restaurants across the world for a reason.

Health experts have discovered the mono-unsaturated to saturated fat ratio is higher in Wagyu than in other beef, and the saturated fat is different. 40% is in a version called stearic acid, ( regarded as minimal impact in raising cholesterol levels). Wagyu beef is also higher in conjugated linoleic acid ( CLA)- about 30 % more than other beef breeds.

Rich in monounsaturated fatty acids and essential amino acids – omega 3 and omega-6 fatty acids – can put consumers at lower risk for cardiovascular disease, cancer, Alzheimer's and other conditions. Even with these healthy fats present, (Full Blood) Wagyu has the lowest cholesterol count of any meat, including turkey and chicken.

F1 is Half Full Blood Wagyu and half Commercial Cow Crosses so they are 50%, F2 is 75% Wagyu.
