Known for its high-quality marbling, it is perfect for steaks, BBQ, shabu-shabu, and sukiyaki. ※"第一花国" is a specific bloodline of Japanese Wagyu. This bloodline is part of the Wagyu raised in Aomori Prefecture and aims to produce high-quality beef.
