Ugo Beef is premium Japanese Black cattle raised in Ugo Town, Akita Prefecture. Only cattle graded A4 or higher by JA Ugo's 18 producers are certified as "Ugo Beef." With an annual shipment of just 120 heads, it is a rare luxury beef that sells out quickly within the prefecture.
