Nestled between the Crazy and Bridger Mountains in the picturesque Shields Valley the 4 Diamond Ranch is looking for a Mechanic/Handyman to join our team.  The mission of the 4 Diamond Ranch is to produce high quality grass finished beef using innovative grazing and cattle management techniques while employing the best of traditional western ranching practices.  The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a strong work ethic, willing to try new ways of doing things while respecting tradition, and the desire to be part of a great community.

Core duties will encompass maintenance and repair of equipment (4-wheelers, tractors, farm Equip.), upkeep and light repair (electrical, carpentry, plumbing), welding repair and fabrication, grounds upkeep/clean-up projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, have the ability to independently identify and make repairs to machinery as well as facilities, track repairs, and maintain timeline for preventive maintenance and seasonally critical facility upkeep.

Other duties will include assisting with cattle, irrigation and fence repair/construction as needed.
