Wagyu Cattle. Missouri people.
We raise and finish our own calves and market them directly to you.
And we’re about to give your tastebuds the treat of their lives.
We feature a complete Wagyu herd operation located in the tip of the beautiful Ozarks, just south of Jefferson City, MO, overlooking the Osage River. Not only do we sell Wagyu beef, but we also select our future meat producer and breeding animals to sell to other Wagyu producers, taking advantage of our unique beef quality data obtained from harvested beeves.
Working with these beautiful, fine haired, chocolate brown, docile Wagyu is rewarding and most enjoyable. And when customers like you express your joy and memorable experience about eating our beef, it turns on our hot button and motivates us to provide you with as much as we can — and at affordable prices.
Wagyu beef from your own backyard.
Our cattle are raised in Missouri, and the quality of our cattle is among the best in the world. And now, you can have one of our animals as your own. Our full-blood Wagyu Cattle are registered through the American Wagyu Association.
Our Herd Foundation Sires, Fullblood Black Wagyu; LF Yasufuku JR FB12789; LF Sanjirou FB12788; LF Itozury DOI FB12790; LF Michifuku 412 FB12791.
Our Herd Foundation Dams, Fullblood Black Wagyu, were also from these bloodlines. We selectively bred between the different bloodlines and based future matings upon our own carcass data.
More recently, we added a Red/Black Fullblood Wagyu sire: Red Galaxy FB19269, Sired by BVB ROA Red Galaxy 100 FB12909 and Dam BMR MS.Shigeshigetani-01 100 FB17166.
Red Galaxy has added a whole new dimension to our herd, and we are utilizing data from his progeny to make future breeding selections.
Lage Farms operated a typical commercial cow/calf operation for a long time. We kept our best Angus heifer calves to improve our herd.
