Popular Wagyu Roasted cut
👋 In this class we tasted the most popular Wagyu roasted cuts specially cooked at low temperature by @tokyo_cowboy .
All cuts were from Wagyu A5 heifers, and the sample included Rump, Trip Tip and Top round.
Tri tip stood out for its great juiciness and Rump cup for its intense flavor, while Top round was more balanced in all attributes (mainly due to the slow cooking).
