👋 As a rule of thumb, beef (also other meats) will lose about 20%/25% of it weight when cooked. 🔥🔥🥩
Will vary depending of the beef doneness (rare, medium, well done), type or cut (bone, boneless, etc.), etc, however as a general rule it’s interesting to know!
