Best Wagyu cut for Sukiyaki




Hello 👋
In this class we tasted the 3 best cuts for a Sukiyaki, specially selected by @tokyo_cowboy ́ s meat concierge.
Although Sukiyaki has many ingredients and flavours, each cut adds a different experience thanks to its different marblings (from low to very intense).
Sukiyaki is a Japanese dish that consists of meat that is slowly cooked or simmered at the table, along with vegetables and other ingredients, in a shallow iron pot in a mixture of soy sauce, sugar, and mirin.
